1.    Information Gathering/Analysis. In this step, we analyze and gather information on what the customer wants out of their website, their objectives of this website, how the website is going to help their business, whether the present website (if the customer already has one) can be utilized, whether web applications (shopping carts, forums, etc..) are needed and the target audience. Other than that, we will also gather information regarding the basic design scheme per the customers desires. Our sales representative then proceeds to consult our team of web designers and web developers on coming up with a plan to create/improvise the website.

2.    Quotation/Agreement A quotation is then created after the plan to create the website is successfully drawn up. This is where the customer decides whether he/she wants to use our service. Included in the quotation, there will be the names of products and services that the customer intends to purchase, along with details. Once the customer agrees to use enlist our services in creating their website, the customer will have to make an upfront payment of 50% of the outstanding balance that is being charged. The remaining 50% will be paid when the customer is satisfied and the job is complete.

3.    Mock-up Creation After the 50% upfront payment is complete, we will start on the mock-up design (or prototype) of the website. The mock-up will include the template that will be used to construct the website, web applications (if needed), and the basic layout. We will then present this mock-up to the customer for analyzing. If the customer sees need to change some aspects of the website, we will come up with another mock-up until the customer is satisfied with the aspects of the website. Once the customer is satisfied with the mock-up, we will begin constructing and designing the website.

4.    Creation/Design Once the customer gives the go ahead, we immediately begin to shape the website according to the customer’s requirements. In this process, the customer can also provide us with content to put in each page of the website. Our team will also integrate the design template that was shown on the mock-up with the content that was provided to us. We will also keep the customer posted on how things are building up.

5.    Testing This process is put in to action once the designing and content inputting is complete. Both the customer and our team will have the chance to test the website and report any bugs related to it. If there are bugs, our team will fix it immediately. After the website is completely bug-free and functioning, the customer then makes the final 50% payment.

6.    CMS Training/Maintainence As most of our website creation packages comes with a fully equipped CMS website, we are obliged to train our customers in becoming proficient users of it. With this training, customers will be able to add, edit, and alter the content within their website with ease. We will also commit to being responsible for making sure your website and email system of the website is up and running 24/7.
